The Federal Land Bank filed its bill in the chancery court of Jones county against D..R. and M. J. Sanders, Jeff Collins, A. S. Jackson, the Commercial National Bank & Trust Company, and the First National Bank of Laurel, Mississippi, to which bill all of the appellees, defendants in the court below, filed demurrers, except A. S. Jackson, who filed a cross-bill against his codefendants. The codefendants appeared, answered this cross-bill, and interposed a demurrer.
