PAULSON, Judge.

This is an appeal by the plaintiff, Dona-von K. Stetson, as Executor of the Estate of Robert C. Ranes, Deceased [hereinafter Stetson], from the judgment of the Ransom County District Court entered on April 22, 1977. The sole issue raised on this appeal is whether the trial court erred in its interpretation and construction of a group insurance policy.

The facts of this case are not in dispute. The trial court made its determination, without a jury, based on a stipulation of facts filed by the parties.
