BELOT, District Judge.

This is an appeal from a final judgment in a criminal case. Jose Alfredo Preciado was indicted for one count of possession with intent to distribute less than fifty kilograms of marijuana, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). Preciado’s motion to suppress evidence was denied by the district court after an evidentiary hearing. Following the denial of his motion to suppress, Preciado entered a plea of guilty and reserved the right to appeal the denial of his motion to suppress.
