SUMMARY ORDER
Plaintiff-Appellant Kathleen Egan Henry appeals from an order and judgment by the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Forrest, J.) affirming the decision of the Commissioner of Social Security denying her late husband Patrick Henry’s application for disability insurance benefits.
