This case involves three trial court decisions consolidated on appeal. The three cases will be referred to according to their trial court designations, No. 4561, No. 4666, and No. 5100. This appeal is taken from a denial of motions to set aside default judgments entered in Nos. 4561 and 4666, and from a grant of summary judgment to the defendants in No. 5100.
