OPINION OF THE COURT

Memorandum.

Ordered that the judgment of conviction is reversed, on the law, and the accusatory instrument is dismissed as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice; and it is further ordered that so much of the appeal as is from the two orders summarily adjudging defendant in contempt of court is dismissed as abandoned.
