Defendant Sila Poasa (“Sila”) moves, pursuant to T.C.R.C.P. 56, for partial summary judgment on the complaint of Plaintiffs Construction Services of Samoa, Inc. (“CSS”), Mora Mane (“Mora”) and Sallie Mane (“Sallie”) (collectively “Plaintiffs”).
