In an action for specific performance of a contract for the sale of realty and for an accounting, plaintiff appeals from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Dowd, J.), dated January 5,1982, as denied its motion for summary judgment. Order affirmed insofar as appealed from, with $50 costs and disbursements. The parties entered into an agreement for the sale of realty, conditioned upon the consent of the mortgagee savings bank to the transfer of title to plaintiff.
