12Defendant, Craig J. Lirette, was charged by bill of information with two counts of indecent behavior with a juvenile in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:81 and he pled not guilty. Following a jury trial, he was found guilty of the lesser verdict of attempted indecent behavior with a juvenile under the age of 13 for count one, which involved K.F., and guilty as charged of indecent behavior with a juvenile under the age of 13 for count two, which involved J.T.1 Defendant filed a motion for new trial, which was denied.
