—In an action to recover damages for medical malpractice, the defendant New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation appeals from (1) so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Golden, J.), dated January 27, 1993, as denied its motion to vacate an order of the same court dated June 19, 1985, which granted the plaintiffs motion to file a late notice of claim pursuant to General Municipal Law § 50-e (5), and (2) an order of the same court (Clemente, J.), dated April 14, 1993, which denied its motion to dismiss the complaint as time-barred.
