This is an appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Greene County, rendered August 15,1969 upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of robbery in the first degree (Penal Law, § 160.15, subd. 2); three counts of assault in the second degree (Penal Law, § 120.05, subds. 2, 3 and 6); three counts of possession of dangerous instruments and appliances (Penal Law, § 265.05, subd. 2); and possession of stolen property in the first degree (Penal Law, § 165.50).
