Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Schenectady County (Giardino, J.), rendered May 23, 2014, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of robbery in the first degree (three counts) and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree (two counts).

Defendant was charged in an indictment with three counts of robbery in the first degree and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree as the result of an incident wherein the victim was robbed at gunpoint in the City of Schenectady, Schenectady County.
