*1740Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Erie County (Donna M. Siwek, J.), entered February 19, 2015. The order, insofar as appealed from, denied that part of the motion of defendants for summary judgment with respect to the causes of action for “wrongful arrest/false imprisonment” and battery, as well as the derivative cause of action.

It is hereby ordered that the order so appealed from is unanimously affirmed without costs.
