REINHARD, Judge.

Plaintiff appeals from an order of the court sustaining defendant’s motion to dismiss plaintiff’s petition.

Plaintiff’s petition alleged the following: Defendant had obtained a judgment against plaintiff in the amount of $2,035, plus attorney’s fees and costs, but the plaintiff did not pay any part of the judgment. A general execution for the amount of the judgment was issued by the court on March 14, 1979. The execution had a return date of May 15,1979.
