OPINION
DITTER, District Judge.
Plaintiff seeks judicial review of a final decision of the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare pursuant to Sec tion 205(g) of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g). This case had been previously remanded to the Secretary to consider crucial evidence. After a second hearing, the Secretary nevertheless reaffirmed his decision that plaintiff is not entitled to disability benefits. Before me are cross-motions for summary judgment.
