ORDER

JAMES R. MUIRHEAD, United States Magistrate Judge.

In this action brought pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983, plaintiff Seth Bader, who is incarcerated at the New Hampshire State Prison (“NHSP”), challenges a rehabilitation program offered there called the “Alternatives to Violence Program” (“AVP”).
