This is an action to review an award of the State Industrial Commission granting compensation for temporary total and permanent partial disability to Bur-ney Rose, an employee of the Skelly Oil Company. The disability for which compensation was awarded is asserted by the employee to have been the result of an accidental personal injury which occurred on February 14, 1933, while he was admittedly engaged in an occupation classified as hazardous under the Workmen’s Compensation Act.
