First—The finding of facts, originally made by the Appellate Court, and the amendment thereof subsequently allowed, must be read together as one finding of facts. By the finding of facts, made by the Appellate Court, that court found that the release, executed by the plaintiff in error and introduced in evidence by the defendant in error upon the trial below, was a bar to the right of recovery in this suit by the plaintiff in error.
