MEMORANDUM OPINION OF THE COURT

Appellant, Jerry Debruler, was convicted of first degree kidnapping, second degree robbery, and being a persistent fel ony offender in the first degree. The Daviess Circuit Court sentenced him to life imprisonment and twenty years’ imprisonment, respectively, to be run concurrently. He now appeals as a matter of right, raising six allegations of error. For the reasons set forth herein, we affirm.
