The plaintiff brought this action to obtain reimbursement of the amount of a judgment rendered against it in an action to recover damages for injuries resulting from a fall caused by a stone block on the sidewalk in front of premises owned by the defendant. The trial of this action began before a jury. The trial court granted a nonsuit at the close of the plaintiff’s evidence, and from the denial of a motion to set that nonsuit aside the plaintiff has appealed.
