Briar Road, L.L.C., (plaintiff) sought a judgment declaring that it, as assignee of George W. Hull and Minnie J. Hull, had the right to exercise an option to purchase certain real estate and an order for Lezah Stenger Homes, Inc., formerly Stenger Homes, Inc., (defendant) to convey the real estate in question and perform other requirements prescribed by a certain agreement between the Hulls and plaintiff.
