{¶ 1} Appellant, Craig Gilbert, was found guilty after he pled no contest to illegal possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs (methamphetamine) following the denial of his motion to suppress certain evidence which had been seized pursuant to a warrant. Appellant now appeals the judgment of the Scioto County Court of Common Pleas overruling his motion to suppress.
