OPINION AND ORDER
BOGGS, Circuit Judge.
Petitioner Robert A. Buell appeals the district court’s denial of his motion for relief from the district court’s original denial of a petition of habeas corpus. He also seeks a stay of his execution scheduled for September 25. On April 11, 1984, an Ohio state trial court convicted Buell of the 1982 kidnaping, rape, and murder of an eleven-year old girl, Krista Harrison, and sentenced him to death. On July 22, 1999, the district court denied Robert A. Buell’s petition for habeas corpus. On December 4, 2001, this court affirmed the district court’s denial.…
