FINDINGS OF FACT and CONCLUSIONS OF LAW

SHAPIRO, District Judge.

This is an action brought by a union member against an international union and an officer of that union for wages lost *1350because the union failed to protect the alleged superseniority rights of the plaintiff during a layoff. The case was tried to the court and the following constitute the findings of fact and conclusions of law required by Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 52.
