SAU #39 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER Mark Bellerose, a former custodian at the Mont Vernon Village School (“MVVS”), has sued School Administrative Unit #39 (“SAU #39”) for violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act (the “ADA”) and New Hampshire state law.
