This is a declaratory judgment action instituted by the appellee, American Casualty Company of Reading, Pennsylvania, herein referred to as the plaintiff, against John Simon, administrator of the estate of Gerald Martin Simon, deceased, appellant, and others, herein referred to as the defendants. The object of the action was to ascertain whether a certain policy of liability insurance, which had been issued by the plaintiff to one David G.
