This is a direct appeal in a criminal action in which the defendant-appellant, Eugene Moss, was convicted of two counts of burglary (K. S. A. 21-3715), felony theft (K. S. A. 21-3701), and attempted felony theft. Sentences imposed on the two burglary counts and the attempted theft count were ordered to run concurrently. The sentence imposed on the felony theft count was ordered to run consecutively to the other sentences.
