MURPHY, Circuit Judge.
After a hung jury led to a second trial, John P. Street was convicted of aiding and abetting the intentional killing of Douglas C. Weil in furtherance of a drug trafficking offense. He was then sentenced to life imprisonment without possibility of release. Street appeals, challenging individually and cumulatively five evidentiary rulings of the district court as well as its denial of his motions for a mistrial and for a new trial based on newly discovered evidence.
