Lee R. Krahenbuhl, DDS, appeals from a circuit court order upholding the Wisconsin Dentistry Examining Board's (DEB) decision revoking his license to practice dentistry. Krahenbuhl argues that the DEB denied him due process because it failed to use the five-pronged test identified in Gilbert v. Medical Examining Board, 119 Wis. 2d 168, 349 N.W.2d 68 (1984), and clarified in Gimenez v. Medical Examining Board, 203 Wis. 2d 349, 552 N.W.2d 863 (Ct.
