Bennie Randmel and Sylvia Lundh timely appeal from a summary judgment dismissing their petition to compel the executrix, Julie Pounds, to include in the inventory of their deceased mother's estate moneys held in three joint-tenant bank accounts. We reverse.

Anna P. Randmel, a widow, died in Seattle, Washington on September 9, 1981, leaving three children, Julie A. Pounds, Sylvia M. Lundh, and Bennie B. Randmel.
