RULING

LITTLE, District Judge.

This consolidated action tests the limits of a federal court’s jurisdiction over bankruptcy adversary proceedings once a plan of reorganization has been confirmed in the underlying bankruptcy case. The reorganized successor-in-interest to the debtor brought these proceedings against certain of the debtor’s former directors, officers, and related entities. The defendants moved to dismiss, arguing that this court does not have jurisdiction over the subject matter in dispute and, alternatively, that the plaintiff is estopped from, prosecuting this action for failure…
