OPINION
BROTMAN, District Judge:
Presently before the court is defendants’ motion to stay the present action pending arbitration and for partial dismissal of the complaint, as well as plaintiff’s cross-motion to amend her complaint. For the reasons set forth below, defendants’ motion to stay the present action pending arbitration is granted, and their motion to dismiss the complaint is granted in part, and denied in part. In addition, plaintiffs motion to amend her complaint is granted in part, and denied in part.
