This action was brought by J. F. Evatt, the respondent herein, against K. H. Campbell, the appellant herein, to recover the sum of Two Thousand Nine Hundred & 00/100 ($2,900.00) Dollars, being the balance alleged to be due on a salary contract. The complaint alleges that the appellant employed the respondent on June 18, 1953 for a period ending February 28, 1954, and agreed to pay the respondent for services rendered the sum of Three Thousand Six Hundred & 00/100 ($3,600.00) Dollars.
