This is an action to enforce a subscription for $10,000, made by the late-C. A. C. Waller, of Greenwood, S. C, to “The Baptist 75 Million Campaign.” Upon the trial of the cause in the Circuit Court, ITon. Jno. S. Wilson, presiding Judge, refused defendants’ motion for a directed verdict, and granted a motion for the direction of a verdict in favor of the plaintiff. From judgment thereon, defendants appeal.
