I. Introduction
In the case at bar, counsel for numerous parties heavily negotiated the language in the confirmed plan, not the least of which was counsel for the debtors and counsel for the unsecured creditors’ committee. After confirmation, the litigation trustee brought numerous suits against multiple entities to recover alleged preferential transfers.
