This is an appeal from a judgment of the District Court based on a jury verdict in answer to the first four Special Issues in favor of appellee and against appellant for $8,105.18, with interest at the rate of six percent from the date of judgment and for foreclosure of a mechanic’s lien as against Earl Fain, Jr. and Rupert C.
