In this declaratory judgment action under the Condominium and Cooperative Conversion Protection and Abuse Relief Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 3601-3616 (“the Act”), the Court awarded summary judgment for plaintiff, the sponsor of a co-operative conversion project (“the Sponsor”), against defendant, the co-operative corporation that now owns the building (“the Co-op”), holding that an effort by the Co-op to terminate a favorable lease issued to the Sponsor was ineffective, because it was undertaken after the end of the two-year period during which the Act permits…
