2Per curiam
The defendant moves pursuant to CPL 230.20 (2) for a change of venue of his trial on indictment No. 2678/79 following completion of jury selection upon the ground that he cannot obtain a fair and impartial trial in the county in which he is presently being retried on charges arising out of the brutal and tragic murder of a 13-year-old youth.
