OPINION

ROBERT HOLMES BELL, District Judge.

This action alleging discrimination and retaliation because of military service is before the Court on Plaintiff David Eic-haker’s motion for partial summary judgment (ECF No. 67) and on Defendant *621Village of Vicksburg’s motion for summary judgment. (ECF No. 69.) For the reasons that follow, Plaintiffs motion will be denied and Defendant’s motion will be granted.
