This is a motion for an injunction and the appointment of a receiver for a cemetery association organized under the Rural Cemetery act of this state, upon the ground of its insolvency, and upon the further ground that it has been guilty of a large *396number of ultra vires acts, which are set out in the bill at length, for the general regulation of the affairs of the association, and the sale of its property.
