DUFRESNE, Justice.

On report. Daisy B. Johnson, late •of Brooklyn, New York, died testate on January 28, 1956. Her will was duly proved and allowed initially in the State of New York, and subsequently in the State •of Maine by proceedings taken before the Probate Court for the County of Hancock, the judge of said court ordering an authenticated copy thereof to be filed and recorded. 18 M.R.S.A. § 152, formerly 'R.S.1954, c. 154, § 15. The fourth clause ■of the Johnson will devised real estate ■situated in Blue Hill, in the County of Hancock, in this State, in manner as follows: “I give and…
