MATHIAS, Judge.

The Orange Circuit Court granted a motion to suppress filed by Douglas E. Ship-man (“Shipman”), resulting in suppression of the evidence seized during the execution of a search warrant of Shipman’s home. The State of Indiana appeals and presents three issues, which we renumber and restate as: (1) whether the trial court erred in concluding that the search warrant was not supported by probable cause, and (2) whether the trial court erred in concluding that the good faith exception to the exclusionary rule did not apply.
