MeHUGH, Justice:

This is an appeal by Kevin Payne (hereinafter “Appellant”) from a conviction in the Circuit Court of Morgan County. Following a two-day jury trial, the Appellant was convicted of two counts of Second Degree Sexual Assault (Counts I and III); one count of First Degree Sexual Abuse (Count II); and, one count of Third Degree Sexual Abuse (Count IV). The trial court sentenced the Appellant to consecutive sentences of ten to twenty-five years on Count I; one to five years on Count II; ten to twenty-five years on Count III; and ninety days on Count IV.
