The plaintiff offered in evidence a deed from Peter Hays to himself, dated 6th of March, 1886, for the land described in the complaint, duly proven and registered. The plaintiff offered in evidence a deed from Peter Hays to himself, dated 6 March, 1886, for the land described in the complaint, duly proven and registered. Upon this deed was an indorsement in these words:
"I relinquish all my right and title to the within deed.
"ROBERT A. TUNSTALL."
