OPINION

DROWOTA, Justice.

The defendant, Bruce Gill, appeals from the Court of Appeals’ reversal of the summary judgment granted by the trial court in his favor. The sole issue for our determination is whether the plaintiffs’ action is barred by the doctrine of intra-military immunity derived from Feres v. United States, 340 U.S. 135, 71 S.Ct. 153, 95 L.Ed. 152 (1950) and its *210progeny. We hold that it is, and therefore reverse the judgment of the Court of Appeals and reinstate the judgment of the trial court.
