Plaintiff Juan Martinez (“Plaintiff’), proceeding pro se, brings this Action against Defendant Correction Officer Aycock-West (“Defendant”) under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, alleging that Defendant exhibited deliberate indifference to Plaintiffs serious medical need.
