MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This matter is before the Court on the government’s Motion for Court Ordered Major Case Prints and DNA Samples (“Mot.”). By this motion, the government sought to compel the defendants to submit to the taking of major case prints and buccal cell cheek swabs from all six defendants in this action.
