Alita Littleton, in her individual capacity and as Personal Representative of the estate of her deceased son, Gregory Boggs, Jr., and Lanaya Borden, Boggs’ girlfriend, sued Prince George’s County, Maryland, its then Chief of Police Melvin High, and Officer Jordan Swonger in eight counts stemming from an incident that resulted in Boggs’ death on September 18, 2006.
