1, Denis J. Dwyer (“Dwyer”), the plaintiff/appellant, appeals a judgment that dismissed his lawsuit against the defendants/appellees, (a) David A. Binegar (“Binegar”); (b) Binegar Christian, L.L.C.; (c) Bryan C. Reuter (“Reuter”); (d) Stanley, Flanagan and Reuter, L.L.C., (hereinafter the “defendant lawyers”); (e) CNA Insurance Company (“CNA”); and (f) Westport Insurance Corporation.
