Appellant CompoSecure, L.L.C. ("CompoSecure") appeals from a nearly $17 million judgment in the Court of Chancery for past-due commissions, legal fees and expenses, pre-judgment interest, and contract damages arising out of a sales agreement (the "Sales Agreement") with Appellee CardUX, LLC ("CardUX").
